after trainin yesterday, ryan said something that set me thinkin..he told me that hwa chong throwers can throw not because they are stronger then us..its coz they have the technique while victoria school throwers don't..so mayb the school should have a throwing coach 4 us 2 train our technique..strength can b built on as everyone can do gym rite? but 2 b able 2 beat hwa chong throwers, we must train on our techniqe..even if we have strength but no technique, its no use..so i feel that we should have a throwing coach..n i oso feel that during trainin, we should spilt into 2 groups so that we can finish our trainin faster n more efficiently, like one group do gym n one group do staircase or something..after finish then switch..if we finish faster, we will have more time 2 do other exercises..okie got t2 go 4 my haircut..till next time..:) LETS GO VS TRACK & FIELD

today is tuesday..super sian..although its holx but got nothing 2 do lor..2morrow still got training..i think it will b long run n heavy weights again coz nationals over liao..then our coach say conditioning period n then dont let us throw discus..walao eh..u noe i like 2 months nvr throw discus then now i even throw less then zhao lor..wtf..zhao is not even a discus thrower lor..he throw javelin de..ohh ya..later still need 2 print some stuff from the school portal..sci hmwk..on teachers day our sci teacher say got present 4 us then we all happy like a bird then after dat our sci teacher say go print hmwk from the vs portal..then on teachers day i go bac 2 my primary school 2 c my teachers mrs lau n chen lao shi..a heard dat chen lao shi was pregnant liao..n she juz got married last year..wow..but im really happy 4 her..n mrs lau like got a new hairstyle le.. haha..then we go kpt n mrs lau treat us 2 drinks while chen lao shi ordered fries 4 every table..so nice of both of them..saw all my ex classmates n like yo yo them lor..after havin my lunch we then 2 da street soccer court 2 kick some ball..dat was wen i got my knee cut coz the ground got water..then we play play lor..got home abt 4 was damn sticky..okie dat abt it..
