juz finished trainin..super tired..did long run n heavy weights..push myself like siao 2day..after gym my fren ask me y my whole face red..don't noe y too..found myself breathing damn hard after trainin..but i must do this 4 my school, my parents n myself..people can buy medals from shops but they can nvr buy glory..i'll will always remember this..okie i goin shower liao.. LETS GO VS TRACK & FIELD
